When I was in the Czech Republic, Marc sent me a link to the website for the Do Lectures. It is only now that I’ve had the time and opportunity to sit down and watch some of the Do Lecture videos and poke around the Do Village blog.

Suffice it to say, there are some smart folks out there spreading some very useful messages. I suggest you take a look at these two websites – poke around, listen and watch some videos, and take what you do from the experience.

The most recent Do Lecture video, I listened to is called: How To Optimise Yourself.

Anyway, we all find inspiration in different forms – and sometimes it helps to listen to new voices and ideas.
